3-Year Limited Warranty
Headlight Heroes provides a three-year limited warranty on the headlight restoration service performed on the serviced vehicle.
What is covered
Premature yellowing, cloudiness, or oxidation caused by failure of the UV-protective coating applied by Headlight Heroes under normal use and care.
Warranty period
Coverage lasts 3 years from the original service date.
How to make a claim
Contact Headlight Heroes through headlightheroessa.com or call (210) 612-5500 with your service details and photos. Proof of service may be required.
If your claim is covered, Headlight Heroes performs the necessary headlight restoration or protective-coating reapplication at no charge. Headlight Heroes determines the appropriate corrective service.
What is not covered
- physical damage
- chips
- cracks
- scratches
- impacts
- accidents
- vandalism
- chemical exposure
- abrasive or improper cleaning
- modifications or later third-party work
- pre-existing deterioration or defects not corrected by the original service
- normal wear or cosmetic changes unrelated to failure of our applied UV protection
Additional terms
This warranty applies only to the original customer and the serviced vehicle. It is non-transferable.
The remedy is corrective headlight restoration only. It does not include headlight replacement, other vehicle repairs, incidental costs, or cash reimbursement.
There is no guarantee of factory-new appearance or prevention of all future wear. Applicable legal rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
