Information you provide

We collect your name, phone number or email address, vehicle year, make and model, your selected headlight condition, and uploaded headlight photos. The request also includes a condition-based estimate, photo file names and types, and the submission time.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your headlights, respond to your quote, contact you using the phone number or email you provide, and arrange and provide service.

Storage and service providers

The form sends your request to our website's quote service. Uploaded photos are stored in a private storage bucket through Lovable Cloud. The request details and photo links are placed in an email queue and sent through Lovable's email service to service@headlightheroessa.com for Headlight Heroes to review.

Photo links in the notification expire after seven days. Anyone with a valid link can view that photo until the link expires, so the links should not be shared publicly. Link expiration does not delete the stored photos.

The email system also stores delivery records, including the recipient address, sending status and any delivery errors. Quote details remain in the service inbox and may remain in queued or failed email records. The website does not currently set an automatic deletion period for stored photos or these records.

Sharing

The quote process shares your submitted information with Headlight Heroes and the cloud storage and email services used to handle your request. The quote form does not publish your submitted photos in our public results gallery.
